-Performing ad-hoc financial analysis on existing and potential investments

-Conducting market and property tax research

-Speaking with and attending meetings with brokers, lenders, current and prospective

investors, and other relevant parties to the transaction or opportunity

Best for clients looking for a long-term engagement guaranteeing consistent modeling and capital structuring support.

Starting at $2,500/month - $125/hour with a minimum of 20 hours/month.
